Sarah King – Director, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Secondary Teachers, Cover supervisors & Tutors
I am Sarah, I am the Director/Owner of Kernow Ed Ltd. I have worked in Education Recruitment for 13 years. I created Kernow Ed as I have a genuine passion to support schools raise standards, through providing high quality staff, and mostly saving schools money. I truly believe that with the ever changing pressures in education we must be here to support our schools. In my spare time I am a governors of a local primary school, & I am a Director of a local learning trust. I enjoy making a difference and supporting my colleagues make a difference for our future generations. I think it is very important as a Director to understand the challenges and pressures facing education, so I can support accordingly. When I am not busy in meetings and creating an empire I am an avid Gig Rower, I find it very therapeutic to get on the water. I am a competitive rower, completing my first Isle of Scilly World Champions in 2016 and Newquay County Championships. Rowing is a fantastic sport to be involved in, it has a great social scene, it’s great for your health and I think it grows team work, and comradery.
